Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the POINT de DEPART box/bag.
For hygiene reasons underwear briefs, pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
All discounted items cannot be returned and exchange.
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card via Paypal but shipping costs will bededucted.
Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by POINT de DEPART will be final.
